MagnaMink is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return unused and unopened items (including the packaging box) within 30 days of receiving your order.

For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong item ordered), a 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring that every customer receives brand-new products.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
